Terms and Conditions

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions below. The customer accepts these conditions by using Spiff 3D product customise and/or submitting an order. When ordering you must observe the laws of Australia and the country to which the product is being distributed.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMAGES AND COPYRIGHT
As the creator of your photo product, you are solely responsible for the contents and design of the product file you submit. SPIFF does not accept responsibility for the product file you submit. In printing your product on your behalf, Spiff does NOT claim any ownership rights in the images you submit. Further we require that the copyright in the photographs and images is held by you or you have permission to use the material. You are solely responsible for the unauthorized use of copyright material save for the images, illustrations, lines, that are provided by spiff under the elements TAB

OFFENSIVE AND EXPLICIT IMAGES
Spiff reserves the right to not produce any item that it reasonably believes may contain explicit or sexual imagery; is invasive of privacy; vulgar, obscene, profane; or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to, or incite hatred of, any person.

MERCHANT PROFANITY FILTERS
Spiff offers profanity filters which are monitored and maintained by the merchant site you are customising from. Spiff does not have access the words placed on the profanity list by a merchant and as such is not in any way responsible for person(s) taking offense to an omitted word. If you feel like your word should be allowed through you can write to us on support@spiff3d.com and we will contact the merchant. We do not make guarantees that the merchant will make the change and as long as the merchant is within the law we cannot compel them to do so.

LIABILITY
Please take care of your images and project files. Spiff shall not accept liability for damage or loss of the files.

QUALITY AND SUBMISSION
Please take care in proofing and previewing your product and carefully check your spelling, placement of imagery and design structure – once an order is placed, no changes can be made to it. Spiff emphasises that the quality of the prints in the products ordered will never be better than is to be expected on the basis of what you see on your computer monitor when using Spiff 3D Customiser. You should carefully examine the resolution, clarity and brightness of your photos with a calibrated monitor if you have any doubts about your image quality. Likewise you can contact the merchant whose site you are customising on for more clarification. spiff liability is limited to errors which are related to production of a pdf which is passed on to the merchants manufacturing arm for fulfilment. Where this occurs spiff will immediately re-produce your product to the expectations above and deliver at its own cost.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify spiff and hold spiff harmless from any claim made as a result of using the spiff 3d product customiser. This includes indemnifying spiff from any action resulting from a product being substandard, late or not being delivered at all. Your first course of action should always be to contact the merchant partner.

GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us via our contact form on the spiff website within one week of delivery or contact us on support@spiff.com.
